Copperhead Poison Problem (Solved)

I can't scan Copperhead's second poison.
I restart game,on steam verified game files,launch with adminstration. On 1:35

Try reducing your screen resolution from inside the Graphic Options menu for better object and proximity registration and scan again. Try scanning with the keyboard instead of controller. There might be USB conflict from another device, try unplugging any other input such as a gaming mouse before scanning. Worse case scenario you might need a new controller; mine exhibited similar behavior before going out. Try pressing the forward-reverse playback triggers first, then scanning.

I tried reduce my screen resolution and try with my keyboard (Hold Space button) but this didnt solve problem.
I can scan first poison my controller is working.

Did you experiment with the forward-reverse playback triggers before or while scanning? That's what helped me in both Origins and Knight before I finally replaced my XBox One controller, they simply don't last as long as the venerable XBox 360s.

Awesome, good job. That's not normal, so eventually you'll want to replace that controller.
