Bane boss fight

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the bane boss fight is horrific as hell, thought i was playing a horror game for a moment there.

I'll admit they did a good job with the atmosphere of that fight, but on a subsequent playthrough I realized you could just freeze him with the glue grenade, which not only makes it stupidly easy to beat him but also completely removes the fear factor.

how do u beat him when you keep freezing him? can you silent takedown?

I don't think it lets you do takedowns on him, but when he's running after you, you just toss a glue grenade at him, turn the corner and then you're fine.

It may also depend on which Bane fight he's talking about here, since both obviously have different approaches. Personally, I find the second part of the first encounter the hardest. THe final one not so bad.

No. This struggle may cause slight tremors that big monster can kill us, but it is not so scary.

Whenever I talk to someone who hasn't played Origins I mention Bane, those battles were nice!
