Help stuck on social media search

Just as the title implies, I'm stuck on a social media research for about an hour now. Specifically I'm stuck at the 6th case note about the Red Room, found two clues but can't seem to find the third even after clicking every comment. Anyone know how I can go forward? it would be a shame to drop this game because of being stuck...
