So, 9 hours for a single playthrough and if I am understanding you correctly on the second part, there is a "Full Play" and a "Chapters Play"? don't know what that means.

If you mean you have choices or can decide on what to do, the game will play differently depending on what you pick? different endings or is it always the same?

Sad the game didn't come with Community Items... oh wells.

Six episodes. Depending on how thorough you are and how fast you read, you'll be between 8-15 hours.
