There is nothing polite about it. They "ask" to mark spoiler scenes, using polite words like "please". But they simply "prohibit" showing anything from episode 6 and only "allow" to show episodes 1-5.
Maybe it's normal and even "polite" for Japan, but not for the rest of the world.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the wording of our streamer guidelines. Our intention was never to enforce strict restrictions but rather to encourage an experience where all players can enjoy the story without major spoilers. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Danganronpa not allowed to stream though CH1 of first game for like 10 years after released.
Persoana 4 Golden also not allowed to stream the Golden Ending until not so long ago.
And of Stein;Gates still not allowed to stream anything after Chapter 1.
(Even though they didn't really do anything to you if you just a small streamer outside of Japan.)
This rule not just for not spoiling but also make sure they can sell their games because some people decide to watch instead of playing buy it and playing it by themselves.
The fact that other japanese devs do it doesn't make it good. In fact, it makes them all in general even worse in my eyes.
And if they think they can enforce these restrictions anywhere outside their little island, they can sock it. This is not normal, it shouldn't be normalized. If they are so worried that their games can be experienced through streaming without any interactions with the product, then maybe they should've made it a movie instead.
ep6 IS the best bit, even if not by far
