Conqueror's Will is Painful
Always was and continues to be with the changes made to it. As far as Cinder options are concerned, it is by far my least favourite one and with a roster that includes Centurion Hunter, Monster-Jam and pre-patch Automaton Guardians, it had some stiff competition. Overall though, I feel like Conqueror's Will is just boring and unfun. It makes bosses past like the 3rd stage so lethargic and slow. It makes the game harder, sure, but not in a way that makes playing it feel more interesting or fun. Quite the opposite in fact.

It also forces the game into this awkward spot, where it can only ever feel like one of two things. You're are either so bonkers-broken that you just don't care about the debuff or you're dragging your feet for upwards of 3 minutes just on every boss fight. It's hard to say how it'll feel in the long run, but I feel like the changes done in clean update made it feel even worse, with an overall longer time of relative inefficiency. No other Cinder in the game just warps the game in a negative way to me quite like this one does, where it feels less like a stumbling block and more like breaking both your legs every time it comes up.

Of course, I understand that because it's a cinder, it can just be turned off, though then the problem almost becomes reversed, where bosses feel like they're made of wet paper until like the 8th stage. It's preferable to the slogfest that is playing with Conqueror's Will, but it just feels like the game struggles so hard to find a good balance between these two extremes.

Again, because it is an optional modifier to the game, it's not like it's the end of the world. However, so long as Conqueror's Will is the way it is, as far as I'm concerned, the game's Cinder-level caps at 15. I'll deal with literally all the other Cinder modifiers, but this one is just so boring and makes the game so tedious, that I just flat-out refuse to play with it. Figured I might as well leave my feelings on it here, because I imagine the designers would be interested in the feedback. Hopefully you'll continue to tweak it until you get it just right, but this ain't it, if I'm honest.
