Do blood chests still contain health upgrades?

I haven't found any since the update and am wondering if I'm just unlucky or if I should stop trying them.

They do it's just much rarer, it's been around 1/4 for me so it's no longer just a no brainer to pick one up. The drops are still pretty good though, and it's a reliable way to get charms.

I still think they are worth is 90% of the time unless the other room has something significant to offer, especially if you can tell they are a mimic or you have the perk that doubles mimic spawns since the loot will be doubled. Earlier found a health up and the crit charm in one room due to mimic, solid power boost and no health investment.

And if you're using Soul Scarf nonsense and the thing that doubles bombed chests, they're guaranteed to refill both your health flasks for another two soul hearts. That's probably getting nerfed.

I'm hearing about a lot of exploits with the soul scarf in particular, don't be surpised if either it or tavern mechanics people are abusing with it are changed soon
