Its kinda like a rougelike in that you have permadeath and RNG as regards the traits you can pick when levelling up, and you have runes you can buy after a run to make yourself more powerful, and also its kinda like vampire survivors in its game play but you manually aim, although there is now an option to auto aim.

It's not as well known as others mentioned, but I loved it back in the day, and it was my personal alternative to Binding of Isaac
Enter The Gungeon: Very similar to Tiny Rogues, a lot less RPG mechanics and more focused on the raw gameplay, it's a challenging but really fun experience!
Synthetik: A personal favorite of mine. Ton of weapons and build variety in a strategic roguelite. It's a real tough experience, though: You have to play by the game's rules or you'll be swiss cheese before you even beat the first floor.
Nuclear Throne: An oldie but a goodie, fast paced roguelite slaughterfest with great music and a memorable art style.
It's an arena roguelite.
It's far from being the polar opposites, it has many elements of a roguelikes, just not all of them.
Exact opposite would mean you can't find a single thing in common.
