I actually enjoyed Under Depths. It wasnt great. Very generic asset flip run of the mill horror, but it at least didnt waste too much of your time backtracking back and forth with absolutely nothing happening.
I think Lazaret could be good with more "events" between the walking. The industry is moving into prodecural generation heavily and also randomization. Its been going on long before Dead Space Remake but thats a good example. These "scripted" horror sequences are now dated and generic and woefully unsuited to trying to "scare" a player.
But what do I know? I just play horror games and I think this dev has a sense of atmosphere and WHAT IS SCARY but they executed it horribly here.
