Change windows region and langauge America and English it will fix

I did some tests, just change the language and it works, you don't need to change the region.:)

Hello.

Indeed, not working. Every button is written as "UISomething", like UITitle, UICompendium and the like. And not all are working properly. And there are no image (except the nice intro).

it's your regional setting. Unicode or whatever setting that is not the same as the default English (US) setting.

Basically if you buy a laptop in US this game would work with its default setting. Idk what language/region your PC is in but that is what causing the problem.
