what is the max level of art ?

in nagivation menu, only explain it can be converted when reach level 4.

Not sure what the max level is. My current highest is at lv 7, but it takes a long time to grind for each level up past lv 4.

I have nothing over lv 10, so I concur with uhoi above.

When you get the passive to start battle with 2 ability uses on the 1st turn, your Art levels will explode.

Do converted arts level up? Or is this more of a you should hold off pulling the trigger on converting for as long as you can stand it affair?

If so I should be converting them the second they hit level 4 as it takes off 3 levels given the counts double each level.
