Excellent Game- 8 hours in

This game reminds me of the hours I spend enjoying the witcher. A top class story in a mature environment. If you enjoy immersion and a complex storyline, this game is for you. It will pull you in right away and captivate you. If you are a casual gamer looking to kill things quickly, skip over the story, and do othert mindless things, forget it. This is more of an interactive book. Very welll done. Combat is the dragon age style, you can slow time to choose your skills.

didn't you find some really bad mistakes on the voice acting,like using the same voice on the question and response with different NPCs ? that's cheap
there is only one "final combat move" for all characters , that I find it real cheap
also if you wear a helmet / hat that is not the original intented for that character,
it appears without it on cut scenes, which is also real cheap; they just didnt work those textures for the cut scenes
aside from cheapo-arse things like that I agree that the game is interesting
i am like 4 hours on the game and I intend to finish it , but sometimes i just have to go

Yes, there are some drip items for sure, but I am defenitely willing to look past those things, given the fact that so many games nowadays have such ♥♥♥♥♥♥ storylines. The game isnt perfect by any means, but I have found it very enjoyable. Camera view can be off sometimes as well. I believe there is an option which removes helmets on cutscenes, so that may be deliberate.

The "killing move" is dependant on the type of weapon you are using, I believe there is one for each. And about the helmets not showing up in cutscenes, that's actually most likely because you have that turned off in the options. I think it is by default, because I think I remember finding it and turning it on.

I am now almost finished the game. It is REALLY well done. Great voice acting, mors is a player, the story has me totally engrossed in it. I dont want it to end at this point. hehe

It's a fun game. Strong story. Mors is a bad ass. Definitely has console port issues and some suspect voice acting/poor matching of voice to character (old crone voiced by 20 something). Cast members from the TV show do voice overs and do a good job: Lord Commander Mormont, Varys the Spider so far. I don't think the actress for Cersei is doing the voice over. Fun game, good RPG. Don't listen to the naysayers.

I think mors has been once of the most enjoyable RPG players I have played since Geralt, by far.

that is a long story driven game,
i am playing it on the TV with a xbox gamepad and it shines
loaging times when you run the game can be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥, I recommend setting AA and AF, to "application settings" to circumvent possible problems

I finished this game and the DLC. It was very satisfying. Mors is a player.

Duh it's obvious, ANY character that has:

1. White hair and great combat skills (or experience).
2. Is a "dark villain" or "dark hero".
3. And most importantly: Has a deep-voice.

Is an absolute winner in the bad-ass category, some examples: War in Darksiders, Caius in FF13. And I think (think) it's the same guy that voices them all so that dude has my total respect forever!!

yeah, i like this game. didn't at first, then i got used to the combat mechanics and now i consider this a overall good experience. good story, and i think the graphics are pretty damn good with sweetfx.

lot of hate for this game, but i am glad that this game offers something different from the cookie cutter action rpgs.

You really took these words from my mounth! This and the witcher are really the top of rpgs. The hate it get must come from dumb kinds who expected skyrim in westeros..

PS: You should use your opening post in a steam rewiew i was thinking to write one myself but english in not my first language and i wouldnt be able to express myself in clearer way.
