It doesn't work 01-73

I have problem with connecting game to start, the problem is 01-73 I readed that I need to reinstall game so I checked files in steam and everything went right but the game still has an error and I don't know what to do and I am interested that it is not the problem of makers? I mean... The lately updates step by step cursed and spoiled game and for me it looks stupid I know the game won't be back at previous when everything wasn't "boosted" but... Why the makers allow to that bugs and errors, it is their fault I think. If you have quick straight solve please write me here beacuse I can't play game and still can't

The game is dead pal, they ran away with the money abandoned it to focus on a new version with garbage NFT's stuffed in the game. It's over, servers are offline for the steam version.
