d3d12.dll file missing

hello i am writing here that when i launch the game a few times it first started with a login in connection error now everytime i try to lauch it says the file in the title is missing. i have reinstalled the game several times with no improvements. does anyone have any advice on what i can do to resolve this issue.

Which version of Windows are you using?

Windows 8.1 is not officially supported by the game. So the game can run on this OS, but you won't get normal tech support if you need it.
Try to install all available important updates, .NET Framework and update DirectX[www.microsoft.com].
Also, don't forget about Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2022. Both x86[aka.ms] and x64[aka.ms] versions must be installed.
