Grand Shatter Magazine blueprint location?

I have all but one blueprint unlocked. I have all of the map uncovered (except for the secret area), but I'm still missing the Grand Shatter Magazine blueprint. My guess is that I found it on an earlier run but died before I could complete it. Anybody know where I can go to find it again? I don't necessarily need the exact location; even if it's just the biome name, that'd help.
