I get the achievements in-game, but Steam doesn't see them. Something broken in the last patch?

Aside from having auto-updates turned OFF! This proceeded to update regardless (and without my permission) and then immediately my VC told me it was a virus. Whether this is a false positive or not, it is disconcerting to have something like this pop up over something I did not want to download....

I've found all but 2 coins in the coin hunt. Anyone have any idea which coins could be harder to find or have some kind of guide?

Has anyone ever figured out what to do with the grave outside Sarah's house? There's a very cryptic message at the end of the credits: "At Sarah's, buried 'neath the grave, Tis a raven egg on Easter born. Approach the tombstone and be brave, A rodent shift exposes what we have sworn" When you hold items up to that gravestone, the cursor hand turns red, indicating that something *can* be used there, but what you're trying to use isn't the right item. I've tried everything on that grave and nothing works....
