Only runs at 2-3 fps :(

wtf, i played the fisrt game and runs 100+ fps, but this 2-3-4 fps, and its unplayable, what i can do to play it?

After last update, game is too slow and lost all progress in game. No savegames, no archievements...

I had the exact opposite problem. Before the 10/03/14 update I ran at 1 or 2 fps and couldn't even play the game . Since the update it runs great. Very strange that what fixes it for me breaks it for you. I suspect a steam/driver incompatibility somewhere along the line. Wish I knew what caused it since MM3 and MM4 are still unplayable for me. I have noticed that after the update there are far fewer files in the games folder, no glew32.dll or mscvp/r.dll files, not even a steam.api which suggests this is no longer the steam version as I can run it directly from the game folder without steam, which I couldn't do before.
