Scrub question: How to pick up Eliza's dead body?

I know when she dies you can pick up her corpse and use it as a weapon. How do you do it and what kind of moveset do you have with it? Is it like Haggar's pipe in Mahvel or is it like a projectile?

Noone in the game can pick up anyone's corpse, this includes Eliza. Val can revive a dead team mate with a lvl 5 super, but that's abou it. If your talking about the prototype that Mike showed off introducing corpse pick up mechanics.... that was for a character called Scythana. She did not make it into the character crowdfund voting on IndieGoGo. So as of now..... there is no such thing.
