Help? No Crepuscular (God) rays in game

They work in the Title/Main menu screen. But when in game they're completely disabled. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere, or is this a universal ommision? Thanks.

They were disabled in game due to performance reasons. At some stage I am going to make it optional assuming you're happy to take the performance hit or have the hardware to deal with it. I can't make any promises of when an update will happen though.
