i cant remote play with my friend

everytime the stream crashes for me but not my friend, either that or it just shows like a weird thing which i dont see happen with any other game. it shows like a horizontal thing with the game banner and it just says "Tip: you can enable controls for some games in the settings advanced client options before you start streaming" please i need help

i have a screenshot i just am not sure how to show it.

when i try to play it with my brother it says something about streaming mode and he cant play he would have to sit next to me
