Says 'Failed to create game'

We're having trouble fixing that problem because we can't reproduce it on our test machines. Please help us by providing the following information:

1. What operating system are you using?
2. What country are you from? (some countries have network restrictions, that's the only reason why we're asking)
3. Do you have a firewall or anti-virus?
4. Is there anything in your network setup that might block the connection?
5. Can you test the problem on a different network (for example, switch to 3g) and let us know if it helped?
6. Can you test the problem on a different device? The game is available for free on Steam, iOS, and Android
7. When precisely this error happens? Only when joining, or also when creating the game? Do you ever see the screen where you can choose a detective?
