Boss HP

Is there a way to see the amount of HP a boss has?
All I have is a healthbar what isnt very usefull to make accurate descisions on what actions you should take. It has happened too often where I think I can defeat a boss but then turns out they still would have had 1 hp left and then end up taking unessesary damage or even dieing as a result.

For sure, for such a tactical game, Its very surprising they would hide something like this.

It is intentionally hidden. Someone posted a dev's response regarding this a while back and it clearly stated that this is not an "oversight", but intentional to effect one's decision making and won't change.

At first it annoyed me too, but after a while you get a good idea how much dmg it takes to finish a boss.

I wouldnt think its an oversight, but I would call it a mistake. I mean, why show up normal enemies health at all? Its so we can make correct decisions. Why does that logic not apply to a boss?

I don't get this decision either but it seems the dev/s aren't making any more changes since the game hit 1.0 so I've made peace with it.
