Unfortunately that won't be on our list, at least for now. The two reasons for that it that it requires quite a lot of time of development and can possibly bring critical bugs (because the saves are always a touchy subject :D)
Also, we're now focused on some more content and the rest of the roadmap. I cannot tell you it's something that won't ever happen, but I also can't tell you it will. I'm very sorry as I'm sure that's not the answer you were waiting for, but I'd rather talk frankly rather than keep you hoping!
if you want to, I can tell you how to manage to do this manually by renaming save files each time you want to switch saves though :
-Press Windows + R keys, and in the "run" window that open, paste this : %appdata%/../locallow/roboatino
-Alternatively, search for the folder located here : C:\Users\YOURPCNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Roboatino
-In here, you can see a folder called "ShogunShowdown". Those are your saves.
So what you need to understand here, is that the game we will only read in the folder called "ShogunShowdown". If you rename it "ShogunShowdown-Lifepath", launching the game will create a new "ShogunShowdown" folder, allowing you to start anew.
-Then, if you rename the new "ShogunShowdown" folder into "ShogunShowdow-yourchildsname", and rename "Shogunshowdown-Lifepath" into "ShogunShowdown", you'll have your old saves back when you launch the game.
It's a bit tricky and you might not want to do that, but that's the best I can give you right now. If you've got questions, please ask!
Cheers,
