Incidentally, I wrote a cheat code guide for Avernum 3 and there I have also written Shift+D, so it appears to be consistent. Of course, there appears to be no cheat codes guide for Avernum 1. Maybe someone should cook one up.
Only when googling for the cheat codes do I find a page (from that very gamefaqs) that incorrectly references Ctrl+D.
lol, I actually agree, that would've worked just as well, while circumventing the problem. Perhaps there was another reason why he preferred doing it like that instead.
but i could have swore, at the time of writing this, it said CTRL+D,
a Mandela Effect?
I dunno.
I beat the game just now, on normal. have every cheev except beating it on hard and torment, not sure i want to play through again...
especially because I have avernum 2,4,5(and 6 on my ipad which i actually finished last month),avadon 1 and 2, nethergate, genforge 2,3,4,5, to play through
and if those take anywhere near as long as this one took, I'll be busy for months
I see part 3 is available now for $20 but with all these others to do, i don't really "need" to get that one right now
