So, I'm looking for Elizabeth around Silvar to give her a message from that a-hole in Fort Emerald and I can't find her. Could I get a hint to point me in the right direction?

She's actually in Cotra, not Silvar. I'm not sure if that's a mistake in the quest or that Cotra is "in the SIlvar area" compared to the rest of Avernum.

The mage just thinks she's in Silvar (or Silvar area) and happens to be mistaken. Can't really pin-point whether the mistake is on the dev or on the mage but I like to think it was intentional.

FWIW, Elizabeth is the barkeeper<put your feminst rant here> of Cotra. It does seem the quest giver's(Matthias) lack of certainty - I wish I was told what the span of "somewhere in the area of Silvar" is.
