Hello, I was just curious what people thought of the difficulty curve. I feel like it ramps up a bit too quickly? Sure I'd had a couple mis-steps along the and had to try a handful of races/cups a few tries but man.. I HATE to complain about difficulty as someone very into many of the most unforgiving genres such as beat em ups, shoot em ups, and fighting games.

I just feel like once you hit the BT cup, or the 500HP race in the weekend section it feels like it just gets SO much more difficult. Even a couple of 300HP rallies gave me more trouble than I'd like but I just grinded it out long enough and retried each stage as much as possible...but I digress.

I just feel like most races are balanced by the fact that you have a better vehicle, or some type of potential advantage against your competition but in these two examples at least it feels like I genuinely have to race flawlessly. Even if I manage to avoid contact with the walls the ever so brief loss of speed and BAM they are halfway around the track. I have the BTC vehicle I am using fully upgraded as well. There are just some devious corners, but more so the little U shaped dips present it the track.

I rambled a bit but man it sucks I went from doing well getting first in every even and then I run into these two and I honestly feel at times I have no chance. The CPU just doesn't make mistakes in these events. I managed to hold roughly one half of one lap in the first course of the BTC even but of course I breathed the wrong way and everyone just zips by me.

The BTC championship is tough , It seems that the car may not be the most suitable, I recommend the Wagner BTC for the BTC championships and if you can make improvements to the cars, . In any case, the game has an adaptive difficulty so that if you lose many races the difficulty is softened, regardless of the difficulty level chosen. There are sublevels of difficulty not visible in each one. Improving the tires and suspension are good options, if the car allows it.

Cheers!

Yo también estoy estancado en el jodido campeonato BTC. Probaré el Wagner BTC que recomiendas. Gracias.

Por cierto.... me acabo de comprar la Steam Deck (me llegó ayer) y se goza tu juego. ¡Felicidades!

It would be a nicer touch if the same AI driver didn't win every single event in a championship because it can become a little tedious knowing that you pretty much have to finish 1st or the occasional 2nd in every single race in order to progress on those later championships.
