I love it, can we get some graphics options though? I'd really like to be able to change the resolution without editing ini files!

I've run into a bit of an odd issue - when set to Keyboard & Mouse controls, using the ESC key to exit a menu doesn't always work. In fact, I can literally sit there mashing the ESC key over and over again, and it doesn't work, eventually relenting when the game feels like it. However, if I change it to Keyboard Only for controls, the ESC key works every single time without fail - but then I can't use the mouse anymore, and I want to be able to use the Kb&M controls....
