Secret in Stage 7?

I've gotten up to the egg nest that's featured in the trophy/achievement icon several times and done everything I can think of to those stupid eggs (attacking, not attacking, using subweapons and special abilities, etc.) but nothing ever counts as the secret. Can anyone shed some light on this? I'm sure it's going to be something stupid and simple, but I just can't find it.

I couldn't figure that out either! Sounds like not attacking... I had thought about jumping in the gap between eggs where the pickup had been without cracking any. I did crack one when I got it, so I was going to go back... not sure if you tried that.

I just took the power up and stared at the egg for 20 seconds and left.

Okay, so I tried hopping in the gap between eggs without breaking any and did.... after about 20 seconds without input Maya punches an egg, breaking it... nothing else, no achievement.

i got confused by this as well, but while looking for the undies i got it, i just stood there in the room and also went up on that higher part without breaking any eggs, and when i left the room i got it. i just think you have to stay there a bit and leave.

Don't go idle as Maya, cuz ye she'll randomly kill something Its even a hidden trophy . I just crouched and stared at the egg, then left. Trophy appeared as soon as I'm in the next room.

So weird, I had done exactly this before, entered the nest without breaking any and then left, but the achievement didn't pop. Maybe you have to be up there for at least a certain amount of time? Really have no idea anymore, but I got it

Same thing happened to me.
If you break it in a stage, you need to exit the stage once. I was able to get the achievement by visiting the nest again and then leaving.
