That said, the playable characters are too noisy during gameplay. I don't get why they made voice lines activate literally every single time you attack, use a sub-weapon or jump.

My recommendation is either change the voices or just mute it outright. The only real critique in regards to the voices is that they say their voice lines way too often.
Also, to REhorror, there are plenty of games that have fans who complain about problems or issues. Your comment is... wasteful. It's called feedback. The voice acting is fine, the over-utilization of the voice lines is not. It's a tragedy, made worse by lack of any sort of audio settings.
