So what you are looking for are not "definitive-compatible" mods or trainers but Disharmony-compatible ones.
When it comes to cheating I used (and still do) to use a mod called EndlessGenetics or Genlab123 which both add a ton of new traits and skills and opens up the trait point restrictions meaning you can create god-factions winning in a single turn or dominating throughout the match.
If you are just aiming to win or fool around I recommend any of the available mods floating around. if you are after achievements instead the best possible approach is to handpick your opposing factions, create a custom faction loaded with all the negative traits and pick it for your AI
Seems you are kind of programmer, so you say things this easy.
I used Disharmony cheat table to Definitive Edition, but it doesn't work like you say.
But seriously, can we get some official cheat codes for this game, please?
