Immortal bard seed!

I've heard that the old seed that's available on this discussion board doesn't work anymore, but I've just stumbled upon an easy seed for getting the immortal bard achievement.

My settings are as follows:
Shape:Galaxy ring
Size: Small
Empires: 2
Age: Old
System balancing: Average
Star connectivity: High
Wormholes: Average
Planets per system: Many
Resources: High
Galaxy density: High
Number of constellations: Unique
Constellation distance: Average
Planet size: Bigger
Random on events:on
Exploration events: Many
Wonders: On
Unique planets: On
Pirate diffuculty: No pirates
Use random seed: Off (ofcourse)
Seed: 450442599
Difficulty: Newbie
Speed: Fast

I used a costum race with horatio affinity and headhunter: Adventurer, and my opponent was a costum race with amoeba affinity and headhunter traits for Administrator, Corporate and Pilot.

You start off with Tephys. Move your colonisation ship towards the binary star on your top right and finish your turn. Buy tephys, then make your colonisation ship finish moving. The exploration event will refresh your academy, adding in vaulcas. At this point you can just keep ending your turn until you have enough dust to buy him and you'll have your achievement.

Everything seems to work except the last part of refreshing the academy. Can't seem to get that to trigger.

Oh, that certainly is weird. Aparantly even with the same seed and factions, the exploration events are still random and I just got lucky on two seperate occasions. I've tried reproducing it a couple times now and I just came across vaulcas again when I triggered a refresh on a different system on turn 3. I don't know how rare the refresh event is, so I might have just been lucky.
