"A Game of Hide and Seek" quest help required

I would be grateful if someone could point me to where I can find the boy from the quest "A Game of Hide and Seek." I checked every mountain in the area at night, and I'm starting to slowly lose my mind.

E:5 N:12, peak game design for him to be at a completely random mountain in the opposite direction you would expect I know. As is putting almost no teleport spots on the second continent for my run back to the first to find these coordinates, I imagine more movement options will eventually open up, maybe.

I checked this mountain at least 3 times, and this little brat said he would be at the top of some of the mountains, not at the base of it. Anyway, thank you very much, it saved me a few hours of frustration.

For anyone interested, later there is similar quest called "Hiding in Plains Sight", the young man can be found in the swamps to the west at W:60 N:70.
