drawing on tablets

I drew an image on a tablet, and instead of a creature taking it, it is frozen looking at it, and I can't approach it. Did I trap the creature? Is this normal or is the game glitched?

Glitch, try leaving the age and returning to it.

When I draw the last image in Todelmere on the tablet (to go to the space station), the Bahro seems not to recognize it. I tried a hundred times, on different places, but it doesn't work.
What did I do wrong?? It is the drawing of the two circels with one circle on top.

First verify that it looks the same as what is used in the walkthrough below;

If they look the same then it is probably a glitch;

First try leaving and re-entering the age and see if that resolves it if not then try the below;

Try verifying the game cache;
Right-click on the game in your Steam library, select properties, select the local files tab, and click “Verify Integrity of game cache”.

If that does not work try re-installing be sure to backup your data;
For reinstalling;
First right click on the game in the Steam Library, select properties, select the local files tab, click “BACKUP GAME FILES”. Afterward click on “delete local game content” either in the tab or the right click menu.

I kept drawing and it finally worked. :)
Have the same problem with the last symbol in Laki'ahn though, so maybe I must keep trying and it will finally work. If not, I'll try verifying the game cache. Thanks for helping!
