Where is the planter box?

My research bench is lvl 3 and I still don't see the planter box plans. Am I missing something? How do I plant seeds?

Like many other items, it requires a blueprint now.

i found it in a conex container on the inside wall at the Village, lots a blueprints are now found this way ( or i have found many this way at least)

I am not sure if it's new or not but blueprints are also hanging on walls now and not just in containers.

ive laso found some on the walls of enemy buildings and on metal shelves in enemy buildings, gotta keep your eyes peeled

thats the same spot i found it in my solo and multiplay games, so as of now looks like its fixed location
