Inventory Robot
In the spirit of trying out things I haven't used before, I built an inventory robot today. For those of you unaware of it, it's a tier 4 research table item that sorts anything you put into it into wherever you store that item in your base.

It's actually quite cool, provided you're very organized in the way you store stuff in your base. If you store an item in more than one place, there are good odds that the robot will store the item in the wrong one. Example: I keep one big barrel near the exit to my base where I store wood planks and scrap metal, but I also keep a few wood planks in my fridge, because it's near the stove, grill and purifier, so it saves me a trip to get wood. So, when I tried sorting some wood planks, the robot had to choose between a barrel with around 500 planks, and a fridge with 40 planks. You guessed it - it put the wood in the fridge.

With a little polish, though, it could be genuinely useful.

1: When choosing where to put things, if there are multiple possibilities, it should choose the location with the largest number of the item you're storing.

2: It should be able to store things in your boat inventories.

Interesting addition to the game, though, if a bit expensive to build.

I think it chooses the one that is closest.
I don't know if that's right, but I think it has a "max range" because I put it too far away from my chests and it wouldn't sort, so I moved it closer and it would

+1
I also find this inventory robot very useful, but it would be even better if it will work both way
