Question about windmill and solar
Is it possible to build enough to get it to where we don't use any fuel, or is it just build one and that's it?

think max is 3 in total.
but wish you could, because the noise from that generator is unbearable.
even though it is 5 floors up, it makes a lot of noise.
So wish you could do without it and only use solar and wind that charges a battery

So the highest possible reduction is 60%? As for the noise thing, I imagine it would still make noise as you still need it active to use any of the electronics

Yes, max is 60%. I tried doing some weird stuff to go lower but the game immediately recognise and disable some solar/wind if you have more than 3 in a single circuit.

The large generator with 60% reduction doesn't need much gas, so feel free to place it REALLY FAR AWAY (stair up in the sky might be a great idea here, to avoid combat damage).
It's not like you will need to go here often to refill it.

The reduction is mostly QOL since gas is easy to make (farm some wood + cabbage or red algae, both are infinite when farming, and a chainsaw is very efficient at wood farming; then process into biofuel).
