Windmill- How to use?
I've had a windmill hooked up to my generator through a lot of use now and it still says 0 saved. Am I suppose to face it a certain way in the wind or am I suppose to connect it to something else besides the generator?

The generator must be on and one of the devices attached to it working on a task, then you will see the % of fuel being saved. If the generator is off and/or not working you will see a 0.

Must be something bugged with my game then. I have it connected to the generator while making ammo, guns, etc. and it doesn't save any fuel. All good. I'll just wait until another update. I thought it was something I was doing wrong.

i have the same problem with windmill and solar generator running but not saving little to no fuel saved meter reads 0.0007 saved.

Whether it's solar power or windmills, it just stays on zero. I've connected them to the Junction box, the generator, the other thing I can't remember what it's called. None of it works. I've dismantled and moved things around. I've tried A LOT of ways and no matter what it says zero. My friend mod his save and tried everything as well and nothing. I thought I just didn't understand it or I was doing something wrong, but there's literally no other option for me to try. I hope they fix the way the electricity hooks up or something because obviously it's difficult to figure out. I've tried following how some youtubers do it and theirs automatically shows how much power they're saving without being hooked up to anything, where mine does not. I've given up on saving power until it's fixed and will just have to make due.

Our current logic is designed so that certain appliances consume very little power per unit of time, and when no appliances are running, there is no power consumption. As a result, it doesn’t display how much power is being saved, and the savings are shown as a percentage rather than a defined value. However, in the next version, we will change this—solar and wind turbines will once again be utilized for power generation!
