Discover blueprints?

Hey hey, little question about the 'Discover blueprints (0/3)' mission. I have discovered more than 5 blueprints out of safes (and I bought some at the vendor just to try) but there still isn't any progress in this quest. Can anybody help me where I can find the right blueprints?

I suspect they mean the ones that are marked on the map locations.

Yeah, it's location blueprint. Not the ones you find in chests.

I dont understand what you mean by location blueprint...I find blueprints in the locations, and I still do not get credit for the tutorial quest...
