Wind turbines and Solar panels

I have one wind turbine on my second floor roof, is that high enough to work, or do i need to put another level on first. Thanks for any help on this.

You get the blueprints for them at Faraway Island and the Bridge.

the wind turbine and solar panels would work on any height that is greater than 0, but the higher the better

how do you use/connect the wind turbines?

To connect the turbines as well as the solar panels and lightening rod you need to Craft a power hub, battery and junction boxes

I built a tower on my base 4 high works well for me.
