Where is Anatase & Quartz?
As per the title, Where are these?
I saw someone say that Anatase is near the refinary. I checked that out and could only find copper, iron & sulpher.
Hard to build things when the raw material doesn't exist ...

Anatase is found on the rocks near the Refinery and Power Plant. It looks like crystals...

Anatase is found near the Refinery and Quartz is under Twin Rocks in the water.

Thanx mrgee. I had looked and looked around the refinery & gave up. Searched some more after your answer and finally found 2 whole clumps of them. Hopefully there are gonna be a few more of them now I know what I'm looking for.
Those quartz crystals aren't easy to spot either.

quartz are found in-between twin rocks on sea bed, easy to spot
