Can not join friends game

will not let me join friends game get a black shade over the character when joining

are you trying to join their server through the game or by the steam invite? does the game work properly if you just play by yourself?

The questions the Dev asked where meant to try narrowing down what could be wrong, not to tell You to play in single Player mode!

Steam invites don't seem to work when I host MP as well. I just have other players search my host server game I start and join with password. I have no problems with people joining this way.

No server found game is set for all to see and its just not there 3 of us hosted and we could not find it no matter who hosted not there on the server list

Are all players set the same region? Are all players on the same branch and build?

Have you checked your own router to ensure port forwarding is set up for the ports the game is using?

Never had this trouble before the patch its ok the game has very little replay value iv quit
