Red X On Lvl 1 Mutant Settlement?

I've killed all the mutants there, but msot of the loot is inside this weird attic in the settlement with a Red X on a trapdoor on the roof, how do I can in there?

You need to find the secret entrance. Search underwater, it's blocked by car.

RK is right but to make it easier to spot it’s actually a tanker truck and you have to salvage the cab. There is another way in though you can hop the fence and get inside closest to the green dumpster just inside.

You can also parkour your way inside without using the secret entrance. Try entering from the sides.
