What things to sell at trader?

I know you can sell other items besides the jewelery what do you sell and also what are you exchanging for?

any item with a dollar sign like diamond rings to cigars, but you can also trade anything else like unwanted clothing, i generally go for advanced parts, wood if needed and the radiation packet thing (after i have the scooter, metal detector and batteries)
