If a container can drop a blueprint it has a specific pool that it can draw from and once that pool is exhausted they will stop dropping anymore. You need to learn the blueprint for it to stop dropping and until you do you can get the same one repeatedly. Once you learn that one it moves on to the next one. If you got one twice it's because you had not memorised it yet and you will keep getting that one until you do learn it. On the warehouse island there are two very easy to get to containers that are great early game sources of blueprints and I have gotten the same one from both simply because they were so close together and I didn't learn the first copy fast enough.
Containers seem to have different pools depending on the location which is probably related to the tier of enemy nearby. In places where there are no enemies you seem more likely to get furniture and in higher tier places you will get more things like vehicles. That's just an example and not a rule since there might be many factors deciding what a container can drop but hopefully you get the idea. There might be exceptions but generally if you want a helicopter you need to go to the hardest enemy location and if you want a couch go to an underwater place with no enemies but that's a pretty massive generalisation as the pool it can draw from is not that well defined. I think something that can drop a chopper can drop some of the items of furniture too but the easy to get to ones will never drop a heli.
