Helicopter blueprint
So googling says you need 100% at Clifton Outpost which I have done, however no blueprint? Am I missing something?

i got mine from ashbond outpost ( dont loot everything from crates etc) loot 99% of the node then reload game to respawn loot. i got all the endgame blueprints there by doing this

I have 100% very few POIs. Google is wrong. Too often content makers on You Tube or Twitch are trying to get the scoop and trying to set themselves up as experts, they don't test variables and get it wrong.

I'm pretty sure I got my heli from Gas Station and I think it is from a spot I could semi-sneak into only needing to kill a couple of enemies. It was probably 0% when I got it.
And like Sacred said you can get all the end game blueprints from the same spot by cheesing it with reloads by intentionally NOT getting it to 100%.
