Scuba Diving Fins ?

on the lastest update im start a new game as developers suggest, but i cant find the upgraded fins its a BUG or some? or how to get it on new version of the game.

Think that's the normal fins, not the upgraded ones.

Once you find the blueprint they are indeed crafted from the player inventory crafting.

Don't go to build. Go to your inventory and check on the left. Got o cratfing. Needs MArlin Skins i think.

Do you have the blue print for the upgraded fins?

i recently found a new set of different looking fins as a blueprint. They look different than the ones u can craft outta marlin skin, and do not even require marlin skin. Dont know if they are meant to be faster or not. Might craft them and see

The yelow fins are MUCH MORE faster.... It is a blueprint (I don't remember where i found it)

loot is randomized there is no fixed location to find something that is also true for blueprints
i dont know if it is balanced in a way that you always get every bp once you looted all containers or if you can get "unlucky"
on my second start i am further along and still have not found some of the same bps

Not sure. I found the Motorboat BP in the same place 3 times in a row. Might be RNG, but i feel some things are just static.
