Not temp related - screen looks cracked

Recently I have occasionally had a large jagged singular black line appear horizontally across my screen. It doesn't occur with any other game or PC use outside of Steam. I have multiple screenshots - although I don't know how to attach them to this post. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I only found one other person mention this when I searched discussions, and the reply was that it was probably temperature related - mine isn't. I have nearly frozen at different points in my saves so I do know what that looks like, this is not that. It looks like my character is wearing cracked goggles. Any help for devs or players would be very appreciated. Thank you

I've had that happen to me, but not all the time. I just log out, then log back in and it goes away.

He's right, back to menu and back in it fixed it.

I have the same cracked line on screen, but it doesnt get fixed when i log off and on. Any other fixes?

what is your graphic card?

I have the same problem, main menu "fix" doesn't help, sadly. I am running an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970. If it adds anything useful to the discussion it's a very new phenomenon.

Me and my husband are both having this issue everytime we load the game!

Same here. Running a GeForce 1660Ti. My drivers were from July so I updated to the latest drivers and haven't seen the glitch since.

Try to verify your game files and update drivers, or reinstall the game, and please let me know if this helps

Thank you for the suggestion. All files verified, driver updated, have not reinstalled yet. Issue remains, but inconsistently. I have not seen a connection between when it happens and when it doesn't. Running NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER. Thank you for your help.

My laptop has a 3080 gpu from Nvidea, I have not had any issues with graphics.

Ich hab auch eine NVIDIA und ich hatte diesen Riss einmal. Nach dem Neuladen kam er nicht wieder. Sah aus wie ein Riss in einem Visier.
