Just put tank in its slot on machine and repeatedly pull lever until air gets back to 100%

works just fine for me, i carry 4 tanks with me anytime im going to dive since they deplete so quick

The tank has to be in your inventory not in the special tank spot to go into the filling station. Then do as stated above.
