Double Click Issue

Somehow the game has me going crazy over an issue of double clicking with the mouse. So the problem is that I need to click anything twice in order to do anything in the game. Even when I try to type something, I have to click in the left button of the mouse for the letter to appear. When I try to make a substitution in the middle of a game, I can't even drag one player to the other side of the screen... this is frustrating... Anyone has any clue how to solve this?

I have the exact same problem. Deleting the settings and reverifying the cache didn't do the trick. Game is practically unplayable.

I'm not sure what happened, but it is working fine now. I was going to try the GPU rendering thing, but before I could try it I realized it was working.

When I tried deleting settings and reverifying cache yesterday, I had only restarted the game after it. Maybe having restarted the PC (or Steam) did the trick? Will never know for sure, but I would bet it's something in these lines. In short: do the settings and cache thing, then restart computer.

Hello.. I have the same problem. I tried un-installing and then re-installing the game, that worked and i started a new game but after a couple of hours the mouse did the same very annoying thing. Then i have just tried the two things recommended here without luck though. What to do?

Hi.. I have the same problem. I tried reinstall game and steam, delete settings and reverifying cache, changing GPU rendering and nothing works. Can you give me any solution ? I can't even start the new game right now

After a long time I resolve this issue. Two weeks ago I reinstall Windows 7 on my computer. After few day this issue appears again. It was interesting that overnight I could not play FM normally anymore. I checked my windows updates, and my Windows was updated to SP1. So, I uninstall SP1 update and FM 2013 work normally again. I hope this will help someone if still have this problem. Gretting

My solution was to quit playing it...oh well
