FM13 failing to launch on MAC "quit unexpectedly"

I had it working once for 45mins now it doesnt launch at all with the above error.
I can attach the report if someone can tell me how to??

Everything is up to date
Varfied cache
deleted steam & reinstalled it
deleted the game and reinstalled it
Using 10.6.8 MAC OS X Snow Leopard
Up to date with MAC updates

Any ideas??? not having much luck with STEAM responding!!

I've had the game for 6 weeks now and unable to play it, dont know where to go from here probably the last game I buy that invloves steam if they can't assist....I do appreciate they have millions of users but come on this is hapening to majority of MAC users!!!

tried that doesnt work - lost all faith in steam the game is close to going in the bin!!

Completely exit from the Steam client.
Go to /Users/[Username]/Library/Application Support/Steam
Locate ClientRegistry.blob and rename this file to ClientRegistryOld.blob.
Restart Steam to allow the file to be recreated.
Launch game
